Item will be post in 1-2 working days (at most 48 hours) from Hongkong Post after full payment was received. Except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays in Hong Kong. An order update email will be sent right afterwards. If there is any further issue about your order. we will also contact you via email.
Unlike other logistics services, delivery time on postal services are NOT 100% GUARANTEED and ON TIME. It depends on destination and other uncontrollable factors like weekends, holidays, cargo flights delayed, custom inspections and clearance, postal service disruption, weather, disasters and other political reasons, it may takes up to 30 working days for some countries to get items delivered.
Here are the summery of the services provided by us via Hongkong Post.
Standard Air Mail (Free) - Items will be send without tracking number. No compensation will be provided if the item was lost or damaged. Read below for delivery time.
Registered Air Mail (US$2.28) - Items will be send with tracking number. Online tracking information will be available via the Hongkong Post website. Full compensation will be provided if the item was lost or damaged. Read below for delivery time.
e-Express Service (US$3.48) - Items will be send with tracking number in priority delivery (Usually in 7-14 days). Online tracking information will be available via both Hongkong Post and addressee's post office website. Full compensation will be provided if the item was lost or damaged. Noted this services only availability in the following countries: United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Latvia, Poland, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Serbia, Turkey, Israel, Lebanon, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Macao, Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa
We also offered Speedpost (EMS) or SF Express Standard/Economy Express services (delivered in 3-7 days) to our customers around the world for those who buying in bulk or lots, if you need the service, please contact us for a price quotation first.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, defective or bad quality products that you are dissatisfied, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return, partial or full credit refund or resent the item within 30 days after item received. The buyer is responsible for the shipping fee (both ways) unless we come to an agreement.
You have to return the item back using your local postal services to our Post Office Box located in Hong Kong.
We will not accept any returns without an RMA number. Please contact us to obtain one before sending the item back to us.
We will not accept any returns due to personal reasons or mistakes. Please read the item descriptions and make sure you understand the product before purchase any item from us. You are welcome to contact us for any pre-sales enquiry. A 20% restocking fee may be charged from your payment method if you return the item for any other reasons in good condition.
Refunds or replacement will be given at the discretion of the company management. All returned item(s) must be in their original packaging form including retail box packaging, manuals, accessories bundles and etc. We reserve the rights not to issue any refunds or replacement based on the conditions of the returned item(s) unless the item(s) was physically damaged on arrival.
After we have receiving your returned item(s), we will send you a confirmation email and refund the amount to your credit card or resend you a replacement. The entire process takes about 4 to 6 weeks.
